INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 cups flour
- 0.5 teaspoon soda
- 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-3 teaspoons lemon zest
- 0.3 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
- 0.5 cup vegetable oil
- Pinch of salt

Turn the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Oil the cake pan with vegetable oil or butter and sprinkle with flour.

Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder) in a large bowl.

Whisk eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla extract, lemon zest and juice with a mixer in another bowl.
