INGREDIENTS
- 100g dark chocolate
- 180g butter
- 1 glass sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100g flour
- 100g walnuts

Melt butter and chocolate in a bain-marie. Mix everything.

Whisk eggs and sugar with the mixer for 2-3 minutes.

Chop walnuts with a knife and toast them a little in a dry frying pan.

Add flour to the cooled butter and chocolate mixture and stir thoroughly.

After that add eggs whisked with sugar and stir carefully until the mixture is homogeneous in colour.

Turn on the oven and heat it to 200°C. The baking tray shouldn't be too big. Line the baking tray with parchment paper and pour in the mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
