INGREDIENTS
- 1 litre milk
- 3 tablespoons semolina
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch vanillin

Pour milk in a heavy-bottomed pan, add sugar and salt to taste. Do not forget vanillin! It will turn your ordinary semolina into a delicious dessert.

Measure the right amount of semolina and add it to almost hot milk. Add it gradually, stirring milk with the spoon. The mixture should be smooth.

Cook for another 1-2 minutes and take your ready semolina off the heat. Add your favourite jam or fresh fruits to it. Enjoy!
