INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups flour
- 4 eggs (3 for the batter, 1 for the stuffing)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 onion
- 400g cabbage
- 80 ml vegetable oil (30 ml for the stuffing, the rest for the pancakes)
- Pinch of salt

Whip eggs, sugar and salt in a blender. Add milk and flour. Pour a few tablespoons of oil into the batter.

Chop the cabbage finely.

Fry the onions in a frying pan until they are transparent, add the cabbage and fry for 5 minutes.
