INGREDIENTS
- 250g puff pastry
- 100g chanterelles (can be replaced by other mushrooms, but they must be fresh)
- 50g onion
- 3 tablespoons fat sour cream
- 100g hard cheese
- 1/3 teaspoon dry thyme
- 1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet, lightly greased with olive oil. Prick it with a fork.

Rinse the chanterelles thoroughly. Cut large chanterelles in halves. Cut the onions into thin half-rings.

Mix washed chanterelles, chopped onions, sour cream, grated cheese and spices. Spread the mixture on the dough, leaving 2-3 cm from the edges.
