  • 250g puff pastry 
  • 100g chanterelles (can be replaced by other mushrooms, but they must be fresh)
  • 50g onion 
  • 3 tablespoons fat sour cream 
  • 100g hard cheese 
  • 1/3 teaspoon dry thyme 
  • 1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper  
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Number of servings: 6-7


Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet, lightly greased with olive oil. Prick it with a fork.


Rinse the chanterelles thoroughly. Cut large chanterelles in halves. Cut the onions into thin half-rings.


Mix washed chanterelles, chopped onions, sour cream, grated cheese and spices. Spread the mixture on the dough, leaving 2-3 cm from the edges.

  Wrap the edges of the cake as shown in the photo.
  Smear the edges of the pie with egg.
  Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Pull the ready cake out of the oven, cool slightly, slice and serve.
